Zartan Figurine Giveaway

This months giveaway is the Zartan (Paint-A-Figurine) bootleg.

In the spirit of the original Solar Color Changing Zartan... Well, that’s just what I did. These Peachy-Orange Colored Zartan figurines change a dark purple in sun light. Look now. These are deluxe items that have a felt layer on the base. Yeah. That’s right. I’m not messing around when it comes to these things.
